Jennifer Barnett, owner of Personal PT, is a physical therapist interested in providing seniors a way to age that will keep their golden years marked by independence and fulfillment.

Jennifer graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College in 1986. After working at Valley Medical Center in Santa Clara for five years, she began working with seniors in a variety of settings including home health, independent living and assisted living facilities. During her most recent work in assisted living facilities, she has seen the importance of educating seniors that the key to continuing an independent life as you age relies on remaining active in ways that keep muscles strong and the systems that govern balance sharp.

Jennifer personally understands the challenges facing seniors and their children today. She cared for her eighty year old live-in parents - in - law for many years.
